Amazon’s IPL campaign blends fiction with reality to engage viewers, particularly in smaller towns, by showcasing how the brand helps overcome challenges of access. IPL, being a major cultural event, serves as the perfect platform to reach millions of viewers, and through this campaign, Amazon positions itself as an integral part of their daily lives.

Drawing on a deep-rooted Indian cultural insight, the campaign taps into the universal truth that everyone has a “store of choice” in their local community. By personalizing each customer’s experience, Amazon has earned the trust to be called “Apni Dukaan”, making it the go-to shopping destination for every Indian. This campaign celebrates Amazon’s role in connecting people to the products they want, when they need them, bridging gaps in access, and turning everyday shopping into a personalized experience.
